Kinetic Architecture · Invisible Engineering
When spaces breathe
.
Installations built where servo motors, architecture and custom software intersect.
— Manifesto
Motion is not a detail . It is a material.
A space is not defined by its surfaces alone. How light breaks across it, how a texture shifts within seconds, how a ceiling answers the person standing beneath it — all of this is design.
Tetra Kinetik turns architectural surfaces from static finishes into systems that behave over time. Every installation is a single whole in which mechanical design, embedded electronics and our own control software are drawn at the same table.
What you see stays calm and quiet. The engineering that makes it possible is deliberately invisible.

— Projects
Two kinetic languages.
Every installation is designed and fabricated for a specific brief, a specific space and a specific client.
Kinetic Chandelier
Surfaces descend from the ceiling to breathe, rotate and unfold. Each motor is independent, each movement choreographed. Lighting is no longer an object but a living extension of the room.
- Lobby · Atrium · Ballroom
- Independent axis control
- Integrated linear lighting
Kinetic Wall
Hundreds of discs rotate with millisecond precision to reveal text, time, waves and bespoke patterns. A mechanical canvas; an analogue display.
- Reception · Showroom · Façade
- Modular panel system
- Text, clock and pattern modes
— Designs
One system, countless compositions.
A selection of design studies for the Kinetic Chandelier. Each one is composed for a different architectural brief and ceiling height.
— Process
From idea to commissioning .
Four stages. One point of contact, one line of responsibility throughout.
- 01
Discovery & Concept
We read the space, the architectural brief and the lighting scenario on site. The first concept and scale study for what the motion should say comes out of this stage.
- 02
Engineering & Prototype
Mechanism, load calculation, motor selection and control architecture are designed. The critical module is prototyped one-to-one and tested for motion, sound and endurance in real material.
- 03
Fabrication
Panels, support structure and mechanisms are produced in our workshop. Electronic assembly, wiring and software loading are completed before shipping.
- 04
Installation & Commissioning
On-site installation, calibration and choreography loading. After handover the system can be updated remotely, and a maintenance plan is set up together.

Values describe the standard configuration; every project is re-dimensioned for its space.
— Kinetic Control Software
Experience the interface that drives our installations.
The invisible side of what we build: the control software we developed ourselves. Test it, feel it, compose your own sequence.
— FAQ
Questions we usually get.
It depends on scale and on how ready the site is. After concept approval a typical project runs in three main blocks: engineering and prototyping, fabrication, and on-site installation. We share a firm schedule in writing after the site visit.
